It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in the skin, which helps to widen the blood vessels and helps to improve blood flow to the affected areas.
The active ingredient in Lamisil Cream is Sildenafil Citrate. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as PDE5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the skin, which helps to improve blood flow to the affected areas.

Directions
Apply Lamisil Spray once a day for 7 days
1. Clean and thoroughly dry the affected areas of the skin
2. Hold the bottle upright or upside down, and spray sufficient amount to wet the treatment area thoroughly, covering the affected skin and surrounding area
3. If you need to apply Lamisil® Spray between your toes, fingers or buttocks; under a breast or armpit; or in the groin region, cover the area with gauze after the spray has been applied. This is particularly useful at bedtime.

Precautions
Lamisil Spray should only be applied to the skin on the outside of the body. Wash hands thoroughly after application to avoid infecting other parts of your body.
While the signs of the infection may disappear after using Lamisil Spray for only a few days, it is important to continue treatment for the recommended period. If you use it for only a few days, you may not eliminate the fungi from the affected areas. As a result, the infection may return soon after you stop using the product.
